A set of By-Laws are available from Building Management at anytime for both Towers.

In addition we have an Architectural Code which governs the building and any renovations works that may occur. There is strict guideline so if you are planning a renovation or a changing of flooring (carpet to floorboards) we will happily supply you with this. We also have an Strata Management Statement which governs the finances of the building and how levies are to be raised and expenses paid. 

Concierge Service is available to all residents in the building to assist with the following:

Key registry,

Incoming Mail,

Parcel “Holding” Service,

Food delivery

General assistance, information. and emergencies.

Security ensures the building is safe and breaches of the By-Laws and problems that may arrise are handled swiftly.

Please book all moves through the concierge 

Moves can only be completed Mon _ Fridays never on a weekend 2 sessions per Tower 9am - 12.30pm 1pm - 4.30pm All moving must be completed by this time. Height of the loading dock is 3.6m. You have your own lift and a space in the loading dock.

If dripping or flowing put something under it to catch it. Then turn it off. Water shut off valves are located under the kitchen and laundry sinks.

If it smell like gas check the stove and oven switches arent turned on. If thats not the cause turn the gas off under the kitchen sink. 

Powers off check to see if the bills been paid.  The fuse box is located in the kitchen cupboard. Turn off everything you may have been using then reset the fuses. If the main switch trips please see Concierge.

These are availabe through concierge. cost is $55.00 each. They are issued on the basis of 2 swipes per room of your apartment.

Car Park swipes are only replaced when lost and we only ever issue one swipe per space..

Note Visitors Parking is monitored so ensure you purchase or rent an apartment which has enough spaces for your needs. 

Also note you can only rent a carspace to a resident living in the Regency. 

On arrival, locate your nearest fire exit and workout an exit plan. Always teach children what to do if there is a fire. 

Should you see fire or hear the alarm leave your apartment immediately and ring 000 and advice the fire brigade about the situation. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT DOOR OPEN AS THIS MAY SPREAD THE FIRE. 

Please assemble  at the front of the building and only enter when advised it is safe to do so. 

Do not use the lifts or go to your car.

Bringing your fluffy friend home for the first time is an exciting moment in a person’s life. It is important to make sure you comply with your apartment building rules to keep pets, otherwise you and “Fido” could find yourself in a lot of trouble.

Small sized dogs cats are allowed rodents and snakes are not. 

Please check with Building management about appling and the approval process. 

There will be expectations as to controlling you pet where it can be toileted. Fish do not require approval. 

The NSW Office Of Environment and Heritage warns that bird feeding can cause significant problems – not just for the birds directly involved but also for the wider bird population.

“Hand-fed birds are susceptible to illnesses that can be transferred to other birds. Young birds lose the ability to forage for food and when not fed by humans may starve. Hand feeding can also affect bird breeding cycles.

“Populations of some [hand-fed] birds such as cockatoo’s, crimson rosellas increase, displacing 

Driving a car, riding a bike taking a hike at all times in all areas the speed limit is 10 km per hour. 

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Pool hours 6am - 10pm 

No running diving or clowning around. 

Noise should be kept to a minimum.
